Where do you mainly export your goods? Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries including India, Iran, France, Dubai, Bangladesh, Japan, etc.
How are the goods delivered to customers? Usually, we ship by sea because we are in Keqiao, which is only 100 kilometers away from Ningbo Port, and sea export is very convenient. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also transport them by air. Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are very close to us.
What is the payment method? When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, FOB, CIF, CNF, or other methods.
How does your company ensure product quality? First of all, we will have corresponding inspections after each process. For the final finished products, we will conduct a full inspection according to customer requirements; Then we implement the four-time inspection and delivery method. The grey fabric raw materials are inspected in the 1 step, the finished product is inspected after printing and dyeing in the second step, the warehouse roll inspection is the third step, and the customer arranges a special person to inspect the goods in the fourth step. Arrange shipment when production is met and the customer fully agrees.
How many employees does your company have, and how many of them are technicians? The company currently has more than 200 employees, including more than 50 professional technicians and 4 fabric engineers.
What is the production capacity of your company? We have more than 10 grey fabric weaving printing and dyeing production lines, including one-stop quality inspection from grey fabric yarn intake to finished product delivery. We ship at least 5 cabinets per day from the warehouse.
Can you make customized products? Yes, we can make 1:1 proof samples based on the fabrics provided by customers.
What are your products' main application areas? Our products cover a wide range of application areas, mainly summer short T-shirts, suit trousers, shorts, tops, tablecloths, lace headscarves, three-piece bedding sets, etc.
What products can you provide? We mainly produce polyester rayon, Tencel modal, nylon stretch, knitted, and TR stretch fabrics for men's suits.
Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company? We have more than a dozen weaving plants and more than a dozen printing and dyeing plants (special supply). We also have our international trade department. We produce and sell our products.
How long will it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry? We will reply to you within 12 hours after receiving the investigation on weekdays.
